This is the call for the annual meeting in the VikingMUD organization, which must be held no later than May each year.
Please read the current bylaws.
The full agenda, including any received proposals and details on how to attend the meeting, shall be published no later than 17 May 2026 at 19:59 UTC (21:59 CEST).

The board has no proposals for this annual meeting. There are no proposed amendments to the bylaws.
Three board members' terms are ending, and the positions are therefore up for election/re-election for a period of two (2) years (2026-2028):
They have signaled that they wish to stand for reelection.
The following board members were elected for a two-year term in 2025, and are not standing for election until 2027:
As per the bylaws, anyone with a wizard (or higher) who has paid the membership (currently free-of-charge), have the right to attend, to vote, and are eligible for election. Administrators have two votes each, all other members a single vote each.
The board urges any candidates who wish to serve as a board member, to stand for election.
For inclusion in the final agenda, please submit candidacies and any proposals to Dios and Moreldir via mudmail no later than 15 May 2026 18:00 UTC (20:00 CEST).
For board member candidacies there is no strict time limit as such.
