Jan was elected both as chair and minute taker.

There has been nothing to report.

There are no proposed amendments to the bylaws.

We have not received any proposals.

 6.  Determine membership dues

There are not proposed any changes to the membership dues.

The annual meeting voted unanimously against introducing membership dues.

 7.  Elect the board
